Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00p.m. – 6:00p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m.-6:00p.m.
(Pick-up only 3:00pm-6:00pm on Saturday & will use the Doorbell system.)
Sunday: 9:00am-11:00am and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
(Pick-up only ALL DAY & will use the Doorbell system.)
All appointments must be scheduled through your Owner Portal or on the Mary’s Menagerie website. Boarding guests must be picked up by 11:00 AM Monday through Sunday. Any pick-up after 11:00 AM will result in an additional Day-Stay fee per guest, and staff must be notified at the time of scheduling so we can ensure the correct time is reserved. If you need to drop off your pet earlier than 11:00 AM Monday-Friday (excludes Saturdays), the Day-Stay fee will also apply per guest, and staff must be notified at scheduling.
We do not allow pick-up and drop-off outside of office hours.
Mary’s Menagerie, PLLC does NOT allow customers to go beyond the lobby into our kennel area for liability and safety reasons. We work hard on keeping our guests happy, safe and stress free. Strangers walking through the facility disrupts all guests and the flow of our day-to-day routine.
