THINGS TO BRING

FOOD

-Pre-bagged for each individual meal. (Canned goods don’t need to be bagged.)

-Please bring slow feeder if needed.

-We can provide kibble if needed for $5 per guest per day.

*Highly recommend starting a pre and probiotic seven days prior and continuing during your fur babies upcoming stay.

MEDICATION & CALMING AID

-Please bring all medications in either their original containers or a clearly labeled organizer. For the safety of all guests, we must know the name and type of each medication.

-Be sure to provide any necessary items needed to administer the medication—such as Pill Pockets, cheese, or peanut butter.

-If your dog requires injections, there will be a $5 per dog, per day fee to ensure qualified staff are available to administer them.

-For your pets’ comfort, please be mindful of bringing calming aids during peak season.

-If your dog doesn’t already take a daily pre/probiotic, start giving it a week before boarding and continue throughout the stay. This helps boost their gut health in a new environment.

LEASH & COLLAR

All pets must arrive on a secure leash or in an appropriate carrier. For safety reasons, we remove all pinch, prong, and shock collars during their stay, so please ensure your pet is also wearing a nylon or leather collar upon arrival.

TOYS & CHEWS

-All toys and chews you bring will be kept in your pet’s designated room. While we do our best to keep them safe, some dogs enjoy sharing or may sneak them outside, and items can occasionally get misplaced.

-Please avoid bringing any toys that are expensive or sentimental, as pets may behave differently in a facility setting and items could become damaged or lost.

BLANKET or T-SHIRT

-Smells like home, makes them feel like you are close even while away.

CATS

-We do provide a litter box, normal clay clumping litter as well as stainless steel bowls for sanitation purposes. If your cat is needing specific litter or bowls, please let us know ahead of time so we can confirm you are providing those.

-Unless your cat is on a strict diet, you do not need to individually bag their food, as we understand most cats prefer to graze throughout the day and night. However, please clearly indicate how much food should be offered at each feeding.

-We provide feedings twice daily (AM & PM) unless you specify a different routine. -If your cat has a favorite toy or blanket, please feel free to bring it.

-Medications need to be provided as stated above. We can not accommodate felines that need insulin.

YOUR PET THANKS YOU FOR MAKING THEIR STAY AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE!
